We may automatically collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This data helps us understand service usage, diagnose problems, and improve functionality. It may include:

• Browser type and version.
• Pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages.
• Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Our Service utilizes cookies for essential functions like user session management, primarily handled by our backend provider, Supabase. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can typically configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may impact your ability to use some features of the Service.

We also use hCaptcha for security and bot-prevention. The use of hCaptcha is subject to its own privacy policy and terms.

Currently, AstraDev does not employ third-party analytics services that track individual user behavior across different websites for advertising purposes.

AstraDev uses the collected information for purposes including:

• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

AstraDev does not sell your Personal Data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We engage third-party companies (like Supabase for backend infrastructure and hCaptcha for security) to perform functions and provide services to us. These providers have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
• Protection of Rights: To protect and defend the rights or property of AstraDev, investigate potential wrongdoing, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
• Business Transfers: If AstraDev is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Your information, including User Content and Personal Data, is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase. We retain Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Pastes with expiration dates will cease to be publicly accessible after expiration. We may periodically delete such expired data, though the exact timing is not guaranteed.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under the laws of Albania and potentially other jurisdictions (such as GDPR if you are an EEA resident), you have certain rights regarding your Personal Data. These may include the right to:

6. Children's Privacy

AstraClipboard is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
