1. The Service

AstraClipboard provides a platform for creating, sharing, and managing text-based content, including code snippets, Markdown notes, and associated images ("User Content" or "Pastes"). The Service includes features such as syntax highlighting, paste expiration, visibility controls, and organizational tools for registered users.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require you to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify AstraDev if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service or your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. AstraDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you breach these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Content

3.1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, transmit, distribute, store, or otherwise publish any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
• Would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law, including, without limitation, the regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any rules of a securities exchange;
• May infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
• Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Contains unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations;
• Contains private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
• Contains viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; or
• In the sole judgment of AstraDev, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service, or which may expose AstraDev or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

You also agree not to violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while on the Service.

3.2. Rights to User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you create and post on the Service. However, to enable AstraDev to operate and provide the Service, you grant AstraDev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting, technical processing, or image resizing), adapt, publish (for public pastes), perform, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service. This license includes the right for AstraDev to make User Content you designate as "public" available to other users of the Service and potentially to search engines.

This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent your User Content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or for an archival/backup/legal compliance purposes for a reasonable period. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to grant this license for any content you submit.

AstraDev does not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any User Content that is available via the Service, particularly if it violates these Terms.

4. AstraDev's Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by users), features, functionality, and visual design are and will remain the exclusive property of AstraDev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Albania and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AstraDev.

5. Termination

AstraDev may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions with respect to AstraDev's IP, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. ASTRADEV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ASTRADEV, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT ASTRADEV HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

AstraDev reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
